The word chakra comes from Sanskrit and means wheel, a rotating wheel of energy. Energy wheels, chakras, exist in humans, animals and in nature. There are seven main chakras, many smaller secondary chakras and the so-called new chakras, which are now being activated more and more. Chakras consist of a series of spinning vortix of energy that exist from birth but are only activated at a certain time in our lives. Chakras contain certain life themes and are, among other things, the receptors and distributors of life energy.
