Ascension Chakra and Atomic Portal

The Ascension Chakra and the Atomic Portal, the 4th Eye 

Today, we humans have so many options available to us to continually raise our own vibrational frequency, making us less susceptible to lower energies and allowing us to attune more easily and quickly to the 5D level of consciousness and higher dimensions. In addition to the continuous activation of the thymus gland and pineal gland, the continuous activation of the ascension chakra and the atomic portal are further wonderful supports. To achieve this, practice the Activation Light Energy Massage with the 3FF.

The Ascension Chakra

The ascension chakra is located at the back of the head—at the level where you feel a hollow. For most people, it is still dormant. It can be activated repeatedly until it fully opens. This is a process. It is the spark for ascension. It should/must be opened and activated gradually. A regular light energy massage with the Trinity Flame is a wonderful way to do this. Additionally, visualize a light channel between the third eye, the pineal gland, and the ascension chakra. Imagine how this channel expands and widens every day.

Activation Light Energy Massage of the Ascension Chakra 

Maybe you can make it a daily ritual for the time being:

• Whirl the Trinity Flame through your energy field, your aura.
• Stay a little longer in and above your head area.
• You can also do it using a photo of yourself.
• Place the Trinity Flame button on the activation chakra and practice the activation light energy massage.
• Follow the movements that you feel intuitively or receive as an impulse.
• These can be circular, elliptical, linear, punctual or light tapping movements.
• If you feel like you are working in the energy field above the activation chakra, follow this inspiration.
• If you feel the impulse to use the tip of the Trinity Flame, follow this impulse as well.
• If any other suggestions come up, please take note of them as well.
• Do the activation light energy massage for as long as you feel it feels right for you.
• At the end, swirl again over your activation chakra.

If you feel like a major emotional blockage has manifested in the activation chakra, place the dark violet Progression Energy Wheel on the Ascension chakra and work with the 3FF over it in the same way. At the end of the session, you can hold the Hope  in your hands for 3-4 minutes.

The atomic portal – the 4th eye

The atomic portal is located above the third eye, near the hairline, and is also called the fourth eye. It enables us to see and perceive multidimensionally, which is why opening the fourth eye is so important at this time. Once it is open, it is possible to see and understand higher light beings/masters, and much more.

Activation Light Energy Massage – Atomic Portal, 4-Eye 

• Then switch to the atomic portal, which is located above the 3rd eye – middle of the forehead.
• Practice the special activation light energy massage here as well.
• You can also occasionally guide the 3FF along your hairline.
• Complete as with the Ascension Chakra.
