What information do we store?
We store the following:
your name Your address Your telephone number (s) Your IP address
Your orders, consisting of the products you bought, when you bought them and what you paid for them
The payment method (not your bank account number or other financial details)
Why do we store your data?
We store your data in order to provide you with services, to inform you about special offers and to advise you in the future about our products and assistance that you may need
How can you contact us?
You can contact us by filling in the form on the website. We save the contact form for future use.
Who has access to your information?
Access to your information is given to the person who is ranked above you in the Ascension organization and the staff of Glass Materials and Training Ltd in order to process your orders and payments.
Your information is also used in the emailing program, but only after you have given your permission. Currently our emails are handled by Enormail Monitor. The privacy statement can be found at

Where is your data stored?
Your data is stored at a hosting company called Site5, with website site5.com, their privacy statement is at https://www.site5.com/legal/privacy-policy/. The server is in Amsterdam
We only use functional cookies to make our website workable and user-friendly. We do not perform automatic profiling in any way.
A Agreement concluded with Google
You have turned off the “share data” option and we do not use other Google services in combination with the Google Analytics cookies.
With this data and other data that we have, we can never trace who you are. You can therefore browse anonymously on our website.
The data stored in Google Analytics is stored for 14 months. That is the shortest period that we can set. We use this information to improve the findability of the website. Google’s tracking cookie does not fall under the cookie law.
