The flame is best used immediately after an injury. The faster you work with it over the affected area, the more spectacular the results. To do this, move it intuitively at a slight distance from the body, e.g. over a fresh bruise, as if you were painting the area in the energy field like a painter.
The tip of the flame has a very strong laser-like effect. It is advisable to keep a greater distance if pressure pain occurs. The base scatters the energy more. As you work over the affected area, you will often find that you can get closer and closer to the affected area. Always ask the person affected if this is OK. If not, increase the distance again.
Work on the area for 4-8 minutes.
Then it’s time for the Calming S. When standing upright, it has a long side that extends from the bottom to the end of the oval surface. Hold it so that this long side faces the affected area and imagine that this side has a magnet that can draw energetic blockages and swelling out of the affected area.
The set also includes the red transformation ring. You can use this for anything involving toxins, pathogens or substances that are harmful to the body. It provides energetic support in removing everything from the system. To do this, simply hold it over the affected area or place it on it, if possible. In addition, you can work on it with the flame and/or the Calming.
If the organism shows excessive detoxification symptoms, remove the wheel.

The red progress ring …the addition to the energy emergency kit
This ring is an essential part of any energy emergency kit. It provides additional support to affected areas in terms of blood and cardiovascular function. Simply hold the ring over the affected area or, if possible, place it on the area if there is no open wound. The spiral on the ring should point upwards. The smooth side should be facing up. You can then work on the area with the flame and/or Calming S. Alternatively, the affected person can simply hold it in their hand for energetic support of the circulation.
