Do you also feel how the shifts in our inner structures have begun? How our beliefs and convictions with which we have created our reality are changing, as are the thoughts, words, and feelings that have shaped our reality?
It’s as if everything that once had order and structure no longer fits, now constricting us and suffocating us. Many feel like they’re grasping at nothing, confused because their own minds can no longer keep up. Strong emotional waves and physical aches flow through our bodies, and an inner urge to speak and live more authentically becomes increasingly important.
Walking between two worlds
It’s like walking between two worlds. There’s the old, the familiar, whose supporting pillars are the low frequencies of fear, power, control, and illusions. And then there’s the other energy, the new timeline, with its high-vibrational frequencies rooted in truth, authenticity, and sovereignty.
Just as we are currently witnessing a massive split in the timelines, we are also still travelers on both timelines. For living the higher timeline means, among other things, a complete purification, the dissolution of the structures of all kinds of pain and suffering that have manifested in our cells and blood for eons and have kept us in certain structures and systems of thought .
Heart awakening, heart and mind…
The intensified waves of solar flares and the many cosmic storms we are currently experiencing, with their light codes and downloads, can already be described as historic. Even though they are sometimes extremely challenging, they are awakening dormant DNA strands within us, triggering profound upgrades, especially in the pineal gland and the higher heart chakra , building a luminous bridge between our brain and our heart, and thereby supporting the great heart awakening.
Who am I?
If you feel like you’re between worlds, you may suddenly become acutely aware of the old timeline with its lower energy, and you may want to break free from old illusions, fears, and roles you’ve played. This process can feel chaotic, as the new isn’t yet tangible, and you feel like you’re “in between”—”neither fish nor fowl.”
You may feel alien within yourself, disoriented, without perspective, emotionally turmoil, vulnerable, and inexplicably heavy. A deep call for reorientation, an urge to simply shed everything “wrong,” to break free from what is currently so massively restrictive.
The body can react similarly. Strange heart flutters, strange dizziness, wandering pains, etc.
Powerful solar flares, light pulses, solar codes
The Earth’s energy field is entering a phase of maximum receptivity, in which the mental and emotional frequencies of individuals will permeate the collective grid faster and further than ever before.
Profound waves of sunlight activation, enhanced solar flares, intense light pulses, and powerful solar codes are now helping us free ourselves from the old timeline of fear, power, control, manipulation, illusions, and false identities. They are activating higher frequencies within us to delve deeper into our truth.
They accelerate a recalibration of unresolved emotional issues, situations, and wounds from childhood and adolescence, as well as unconscious lived patterns and imprints from our ancestors, by bringing them to the surface with greater intensity. It can feel a bit like a roller coaster ride, with moments of deep clarity and inner joy alternating with moments of total exhaustion and fatigue, fog and liberation.
The new earth grid
They also support Mother Earth in more easily undergoing the profound changes in her energetic structure by, among other things, activating dormant crystalline codes in the planetary grid so that the new, energetic Light Earth Grid can form. This new, radiant foundation of the new Earth contributes to the connecting of the hearts of people all over the world. The Great Heart Awakening
Separations – higher consciousness
Everything old—old timelines, systems, structures, old relationships and connections—everything that doesn’t carry heart energy is now collapsing in a powerful way. This may feel confusing and uncertain for many who are reeling from crises and/or final separations—interpersonal or professional. Yet every solar flare and the associated inflow of light codes contribute to further igniting our own consciousness, as well as that of higher consciousness around the world, and to walking the path of inner truth.
Walking the path of your own truth
It means letting go, lovingly stepping out of areas/circles, lovingly turning away from belief systems and structures, or even from people who aren’t good for you; even if it’s not easy. Many won’t understand our actions and behavior. But the truth doesn’t allow us to change old habits and comfort zones that no longer serve us.
The exciting May
Everything already feels charged. Something big is happening. Initiated by the intense “April sun cocktails” and the planetary alignments of the past few months, something ancient, buried both deep within the Earth and deep within our bones, wants to erupt, wants to awaken. It feels like a complete system reset, fueled by the synergy of solar flares, grid pulses, and plasma waves that speak directly to our soul consciousness. Timelines are blurring, past, future, dream, and reality are merging.
Reconnection to the old, golden ages
We are in the process of re-synchronizing with the original Earth and its golden light—the Earth before its distortion. Reconnecting with it and thus with all previous golden ages, as well as with our own selves. With our self-love, with the light that we are.
Yes, an energetic storm is raging on all levels and can manifest itself materially through sudden landslides, earthquakes that expose ancient caves from the past, as well as through water and fire activity. It can also be transferred to the world stage, where abrupt resignations, revelations, etc. can occur. Where we are shown the power games and illusions we have become entangled in, so that we can change them as well.
Similarly, it can also be applied to the body, mind, and soul to “unlock” one’s own soul vibration. Where we are still stuck in inner blockages, it can manifest itself in massive emotional and mental fluctuations and/or physical pain.
Looking into the face of his double
For many, standing in front of the mirror can feel like looking into the face of their double. Was that me? Wow, what experiences have I been able to experience, redeem, and now live my true self. Those who can embrace this leave the old ways of bending themselves behind. They stand up for themselves and are aware that separations can occur in all areas: job, family, partner, friends, etc. Anything that no longer corresponds to the new energy of their true self, no longer nourishes them.
May 10th
On May 10th, the 6-month opposition of Mars and Pluto with its fields of tension comes to an end and opens new doors.
Also on the 10th of May, Jupiter, the planet of happiness, growth, expansion, and the expansion of consciousness, activates the great Orion star portal, which represents ancient cosmic knowledge, multidimensional consciousness, and the healing energy of separation and duality. Out of division, back into unity. A gigantic galactic portal opens, from which we can receive high-intensity downloads from other galactic dimensions and experience a connection to higher, energetic networks and dimensions. We’ll have another opportunity in 12 years.

The full moon on May 12th will join this energy.
May 18
May 18th arrives like a thunderbolt, ushering in the next big wave. It’s the moment when the sun converges with Uranus and Saturn in the cosmic rift on May 25th, ushering in highly explosive innovations. Be it in research, in science, be it breakthroughs in consciousness, completely new insights, the awakening from old assumptions and structures, and so on.
Current Ascension Symptoms
The intensity of the frequencies we are currently experiencing will likely increase rapidly. The timelines of the past and the future are merging and dissolving simultaneously. Many people currently feel listless and trapped in a sometimes never-ending fatigue. We are in the process of ascending into the next phase of our higher being. This can be very demanding. Our bodies are cleansing and clearing everything with which we no longer resonate, at the deepest cellular level, and then expelling it through emotional, physical, mental, and energetic channels. This can trigger a wide range of feelings.
In a storm of emotions:
