Breathe deeply
in and out a few times

Notice how your feet touch the ground. Roots growing to the centre of the earth,
where a beautiful crystal in a beautiful colour is waiting for your roots to wrap around it.
Notice how this beautiful crystal is deeply touched to feel your roots again, to be in connection with you again.
Notice its love for you, its warmth, its appreciation for you.
Then breathe in the beautiful colour,
in which your crystal is showing itself to you today,
through your roots, your feet, your legs, into your heart and then breathe it out into your energy field, your aura.
Expand your aura more and more with each exhalation. Fill it with the beautiful colour of your crystal and let it shine.
Allow your aura to expand infinitely. Embrace the new feeling of:
Yes, it can be, as well as the new lightness.
And once again consciously recognise the love and appreciation that the crystal has for you.
Its deep inner joy of feeling your roots, of feeling connected to you again.
Also notice the quiet joy of Mother Earth, whose child you are.
