2025, tear down the old walls that have protected our hearts from being hurt.

 

The heart, the gateway to our true essence, to the “divine” within us, to love without expectations. False self-images and identifications, as well as painful experiences and events, have closed our hearts more and more over the centuries. The light and love that we are have only been limited. The fear of being hurt again has been given a lot of space and the mind has been our “protector”.

Now, in this time and energy quality, the heart receives the energy it needs to break old shackles and open itself from within through gentle pressure and courage.

We begin to live in a new depth and to live again the individual divine expression that we are. Bringing lack of self-love, self-hatred and self-assembly into redemption.

Heart and mind will increasingly form a unity, vibrating in harmony. Our thoughts and our minds will increasingly fill with heart energy. The heart will guide our thinking.

  • Then hold the pink Light-Crystal Pyramid of Ascension lovingly in your hands.
  • Breathe in and out deeply a few times and let go of all the heaviness and stress that want to be released at this moment.
  • Now consciously breathe in and out into your heart centre and allow yourself to relax more and more. Place the pink light crystal pyramid directly on your heart.
  • Now once again consciously notice how you breathe in and out of your heart centre. With the conscious awareness of your heart breathing, allow yourself,the pink light crystal pyramid to work with you.
  • That everything that now needs to be dissolved and healed in your heart centre
    may be dissolved and healed with the support of its high energy.

A relaxed environment can be very helpful for you on your journey full of miracles, so find a quiet place in your home or in nature. If you like, you can also be supported by a light-filled energy field that surrounds you and supports you. This can consist of:

 

Feel inside yourself and do what is right for you. You can also set up a candle and place the 4 Calming XL around you or around the chair so that the long side is facing you.

At the beginning, enter into the awareness that the Calming, the lights, the wheels of creation or the pyramids open up a field that enables you to bring deep-seated processes into redemption more easily.
