Can you feel the crackle in the air? That something is not yet tangible. Right now there is the feeling that everything is condensing once again. But it’s happening to show us that this can’t be the future we want to live in. A wake-up call… And yet there it is, this other feeling of still ‘cautious’ joy that wants to break out.
Mass expulsion and new beginnings
November is energetically a time of death and rebirth. The new moon on 1 November, with its energy of new beginnings, activates an energetic reset that accelerates the disintegration of all the old 3D power structures. It can already be seen in the great mass exposures, the revelations of which will intensify massively and show us the true nature of individuals, government systems and global leadership structures.
The epic climax of the energy of the new will take place on 19 November when Pluto finally enters Aquarius and then begins its journey through Aquarius where it will remain until 2043. Nothing will ever be the same again. The truly profound and fateful energies of November will also help us to enter our highest timeline.
The Age of Aquarius
With Pluto’s entry into Aquarius on 19 November, a creative and enjoyable time begins in which a perfect new togetherness will develop and a new sense of WE will manifest. Pluto helps humanity to break free from dependencies and re-establish personal power in order to usher in the new freedom, the freedom of the Aquarian Age.
It is literally a total dissolution of the old.
We are entering a global space that can be freely created. It is also a space and a process of discovering and developing what constitutes our new freedom and the new togetherness.
The transition into the new Aquarian Age is also supported by the incoming high-frequency energy and its ascension codes, by the energies of the 20-core/centre days from 5-24 Nov, the master gate on 11 Nov, Mercury retrograde from 26 Nov to 15 Dec and the 10 consecutive portal days that begin on 30 Nov and end on 9 Dec. An energetic ‘many-course meal’ that November serves us.
Darkness, light and shadow work
The duality and current state of the world and people on this planet is a reflection of the struggle to illuminate the darkness, to make visible its energy of fear, control and manipulation. The increased incidence of light is illuminating all that has been hidden and revealing the true nature of individuals, government systems and global leadership structures.
The goal of ascension into the Golden Age of Aquarius is to align with higher vibrational frequencies of God’s light, love, compassion and higher consciousness.
New moon on 1 Nov and the 11:11 portal
The 1:11 and 11:11 portals serve as a call, a wake-up call, to awaken to our true potential, overcome limitations, embody the divine blueprint that resides within us and realise dreams.
The synergy between the Scorpio New Moon energy at the 1:11 gate and the November energies creates a powerful portal for transformation, spiritual evolution and renewal. The Sun-Moon conjunction amplifies the energy of Scorpio and intensifies our emotional and intuitive connection, while the Venus-Pluto synergy facilitates spiritual growth. The Mars-Pluto energy supports moving into action with courage and confidence.
The 11:11 portal amplifies these energies and supports the activation of dormant codes in our DNA, unlocking the secrets of our soul and a deeper connection to the cosmos.

The 20 Core/Centre Days Ascension Portal from 5 – 24 November
The 20 Core/Centre Days Ascension Portal is a cosmic process in which we travel through a cosmic chakra/kundalini system for 20 days and activate our future. Anchoring a unique foundation stone, away from any division and the chaos of the disintegrating old world. Stepping out of the past and merging the present with the future. It is based on the modern Yucatec calendar.
The 20-core/centre ascension portal is divided into 5 energy impulses that flow through the crown, throat, heart, solar plexus and root chakras. Each pulse lasts four days and represents one of the four cardinal points – Heart of the East, Heart of the North, Heart of the West and Heart of the South.
During these 20 days, high-frequency cosmic energy begins to descend from the Great Central Sun into our physical body, starting at the crown chakra and continuing downward until it is grounded in our physical body and anchored in the core of the earth. Our ascending physical energy will then go up through our heart and ascend out through our crown chakra until it reaches the great central sun and anchors itself there. This process also happens simultaneously with our Earth.
The first impulse phase, crown chakra and root chakra
is the beginning of the activation of the crown chakra with the energy from the central sun and our root chakra with the energy coming from the earth. It begins the merging of heaven and earth and the release of our immense wisdom from the depths of our inner temple.
The second pulse phase, throat chakra and solar plexus chakra
is the beginning of the activation of our throat chakra with the energy from the central sun and the solar plexus chakra with the energy coming from the earth. With the death of the past, we begin to align ourselves purely with the healing creation. We leave the mental world and enter the world of the spirit.
The third pulse phase, heart chakra
will activate our centre, our heart, which then holds our balance between the cosmos and the earth. It is the centre of the centre. On these days, emotions and heightened sensitivity can trigger deep and unresolved issues. The process of a new beginning begins.
The fourth impulse phase
The intensive activation begin on these four days. They are also known as the pillars of light. The energy of the earth connects with the energy of the great central sun. The throat chakra is further activated by the ascending energy of the earth core and the solar plexus by the descending energy of the central sun. It is a time imbued with shamanic wisdom and at the same time we have access to the higher forms of natural forces from the cosmos. It is a time to build more self-confidence, to recognise our personal power, to recognise and break free from stressful relationships and to build authentic communities.
The fifth impulse phase
here the crown chakra is further activated by the ascending energy of the earth core and the root chakra by the descending energy of the central sun.
These 4 days from 21-24 November have the highest frequency of this 20-day journey. They are also known as the four spiritual days of cleansing and stimulating our inner healer.
Spiral of Ascension
These 20 days are literally a spiral of ascension and are accompanied by deep surrender, total trust, an unshakeable knowing that we are safe, strong and supported and protected by the universe. It is a time when we can feel pushed out of our comfort zone with no control over the unravelling reality around us. We can also be very vulnerable and feel like we are in a spiritual existential crisis or energetic crucifixion.
It is a time to anchor ourselves deeply, to not get distracted or drawn into anything that triggers old programmes or comes from the old paradigm. The important thing here is to surrender to the process, to be open to the gifts and the new higher frequencies that want to anchor themselves within us.
Simply allow everything that is important to you now to happen in your process, while the great central sun and the earth core are anchored in you.
10 portal days from 30. 11- 9.12. 2024
Newly awakened from the 20-day journey, we then enter the next 10 consecutive portal days, in which, among other things, the veil to our ancestors is very thin.
Ascension and its current symptoms
The extraordinary energy surges in November will not remain without influence on our physical and emotional state. The density of our bodies will change enormously and we will shift into higher frequencies of consciousness. The intensity of the incoming cosmic light from the Central Sun and the rising energy of the Earth can also further activate our soul light. Our body can align itself more and more with the soul; it can open itself up to being taken over by the soul in order to vibrate completely in its soul frequency. The soul is the divine part of us that needs to be lived again. It is our birthright.
With these special energy boosts, it will also be easier for us to recognise where we still allow ourselves to be caught up in low vibrational energy such as fear, doubt or anger.
