Following the start of the “fire energy” in February, we can expect a series of further powerful cosmic events in March – from the lunar eclipse on March 3rd to Jupiter, which goes direct again on March 11th, and the new moon in Pisces on March 19th. These constellations act as catalysts for dissolving old patterns, opening the heart, and profound cleansing.
Plasma waves and light frequencies
The constant stream of plasma waves and light frequencies from the sun also tunes us, like a radio signal, into a completely new frequency band. A frequency that allows us to give birth to a new version of ourselves.
Societal power structures are also being massively shaken, outdated elite structures are doomed, existing habitual constructs are crumbling, postponed decisions are becoming urgent, while individual and collective truthfulness, telepathy, and heart energy are coming more to the fore. March calls upon us to realign ourselves personally and collectively with truth and authenticity and to live our own genius.
Timelines and people separate
Perhaps you, too, are increasingly finding it difficult to go to certain shops, meet with certain people, or attend events with large crowds. The energy fields, the vibrations, no longer align. And we are increasingly breaking free from old energetic patterns, karmic structures, and soul contracts that have ended. These often formed the basis of many of our connections, whether familial, friendships, relationships, or in the professional and business world.
Then there’s the feeling of mental overload and self-doubt, loss and disorientation, emotional turmoil, and the question: “Who am I really?” while we’re in the process of raising our own vibration. Old wounds or traumas from Atlantis can also resurface.
We are moving into a completely new level of consciousness, from the thinking ego to the feeling energy consciousness, the 5D consciousness/5D operating system, and are disconnecting from old timelines. What happens when going through this shift in consciousness is that we become much more sensitive and perceptive to energies, and also react to them more readily.
This means we will feel everything more intensely than ever before. We will perceive the energy of situations and/or people more quickly and know immediately whether they resonate with our own vibration and are beneficial to us. We can no longer act from misalignment and self-deception, neither personally nor collectively.
Our soul and our body are now making us feel it very clearly.
March 2026, what awaits us
March began with the rare energy of the six-planetary alignment of February 28th, which influences all areas of life. This energy promotes the explosion of issues that have long been suppressed or swept under the rug, and intensifies the energy of transformation on both a collective and individual level.
Eclipse phase and lunar eclipse
The end of the eclipse corridor, culminating in the lunar eclipse on March 3rd, serves as an energetic bridge to reorganization. The lunar eclipse itself reveals hidden emotions and old power structures. Combined with the Aquarius aspect, it brings forth rebellious energies and an immense build-up of pressure that could lead to the collapse of the elite. It also reveals the true face of our media.

Jupiter goes direct on March 11th.
He initiates the long-awaited cosmic shift for happiness, growth and new opportunities, and supports expansive developments and the expansion of consciousness.
New moon in Pisces and the Vedic New Year on March 19th.
The new moon on March 19th marks the beginning of a year of profound cleansing, truths, and karmic resolutions. Its energy will guide the next 12 months. It also supports the exposure of global machinations, distortions, and illusions, and sets collective and personal shadow work in motion.

The equinox represents the transition from darkness to light. A powerful portal through which we will experience an enormous influx of galactic energies. With the sun’s entry into the sign of Aries, a new cycle begins. Aries energy supports the uncovering of unresolved traumas and wounds so that we can begin to heal them. The focus now is on finally clearing the energies of the past in order to fully embrace the new future.
On March 21st, Mercury enters the playing field with its energy as the year’s ruling planet.
Mercury – change, growth through exchange, encounters, curiosity, accelerated information flows, quick thinking, spontaneous ideas and lively conversations, mental clarity, building new networks, technologies such as AI, and connections. Mercury shapes the pace of communication and organization.
Mercury – the language of the heart as a tool for healing. Old, outdated beliefs often act as mental traps that block one’s potential and a life of health and abundance. Mercury demands honest and clear words, speaking honestly and authentically to oneself and others.
Mercury: Thoughts and words, the seeds, the food for creating our reality, especially in the areas of health, job, abundance and finances.
March 2026, nothing will remain as it was
Energetic realignment, frequency jumps and heart opening,
shift in consciousness – we begin to activate abilities we didn’t know we had.
To perceive energies that were previously invisible. We become more sensitive to the energies of other people and situations. This allows us to more quickly “check” whether we can trust them, whether they are telling the truth. We begin to act from the heart, to feel energies instead of “thinking” them. We leave behind the outdated 3D operating system that was based on our intellect, connected to our ego and our past experiences, as well as on logic, reason, and analysis. The days of the old operating system, in which we often simply believed what we were told, are coming to an end.
The new operating system, the “5D operating system,” is based on a completely new grid of consciousness and sensitivity to energies—”the feeling system.” As we increasingly become “energy beings,” we are more intensely connected to our intuition and guidance, quickly see through any kind of manipulation and deception, and rapidly recognize the truth of everything.
The point now is to perceive vibrations and choose which energies I want to connect with, which energies I want to surround myself with. Yes, we will increasingly feel the energies of anything that doesn’t resonate with us, anything that isn’t good for us.

A massive energy wave is imminent, triggered by a collective decision on multiple levels. The Earth’s crystalline grid is completely realigning.
As timelines collectively collapse and shift, we can feel completely lost. We are in the process of transitioning from the thinking ego to a feeling energy-consciousness and taking responsibility for ourselves, instead of, for example, remaining stuck in victim mentalities.
Many of us are currently moving through powerful shifts and deep cellular upgrades. Old ego survival structures, fears and conditionings, and their associated energetic density, want to be recognized and changed.

We are currently being bombarded with light codes, which can initially manifest as shadows, density, heaviness, sore throat, tickly cough, upset stomach, nausea, severe exhaustion, and pain in the lower back and root chakra, until the physical body and nervous system have learned to maintain this level of tension and light.
Old wounds resurface because they know we are about to transition into a completely new frequency where their memory will no longer exist.
