The summer of fiery power,
a global turning point and a leap in consciousness from which there is no turning back

Perhaps you, too, have that feeling of: ‘I can’t go on…’

I don’t want to have to:

• keep functioning all over again
• adapt time and time again
• to live only my story, but not my essence
• ignoring my own primal sound, my own primal frequency

July 2026 opens doors for us to break free right here. It sweeps in with a huge and unstoppable wave of change and immense fiery power, and is regarded as a highly energetic, highly electric ‘month of fire’ bringing intense, energetic upheavals. Old realities collide with tremendous force. Extreme surges of energy and absolute multidimensional shifts are opening their gates.

Buckle up and here we go…

Everything is set to intensify and accelerate even further, just as something huge is brewing behind the scenes that will shift collective consciousness to a completely new level. The massive solar activity is bringing with it light codes that will set so much in motion that we can finally shed the ‘Emperor’s old energy clothes’ in which we have been walking around for so many centuries.

Dense energies are giving way and are increasingly being replaced by light, which will bring to the surface the issues that are still buried within us. Just as the light enables us to recognise the burdensome dynamics of our ancestral legacy, into which we were born, so that we may change everything.

People may react to this with anger, confusion, fear, erratic behaviour and much more. These intense energies affect not only the collective but also each individual. It is predicted that, after this month, people will feel different on a personal level, as deep spirituality and awakening are being greatly enhanced by the outer planets.

Mother Earth is also changing

And our planet, ‘Mother Earth’, is also responding to these influences. An increase in earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, heatwaves and extreme weather events may be her way of breaking free from the old and donning her new, crystalline garment. The exploitation of ‘Mother Earth’ has left deep scars and marks on her heart. Now all this is beginning to heal, and the divine blueprint – the original plan for the planet – is unfolding once more in all its beauty.

Trust and Realignment

July is a month of breakthroughs and a phase in which we can consciously change our timeline by prioritising decisive action over procrastination or endless deliberation. Decisions that we have put off for months or even years are now coming to the fore and will demand our full attention.

The compression of timelines can be very exciting for some. For others, it may be uncomfortable. Old identities, life circumstances, long-held beliefs, relationships and even careers come under immense pressure. Not because anything has gone wrong, but because the light naturally reveals what is no longer aligned

Relationships and connections in the new era

• A collective cleansing process has also begun in these areas.
• Missions have been completed; soul contracts have come to an end.
• Resonance fields shift as one’s own fundamental frequency moves to a new level.
• Relationships without a genuine heart connection are increasingly dissolving.
• Artificial relationship roles and masks are losing their appeal.
• Anything that holds you back, restricts you, feels strenuous, exhausting or tiring   , anything that takes your breath away, is ‘blown away’.
• This applies to relationships and friendships, as well as to professional, business and political spheres.
• It is also about self-empowerment, healing and self-healing, and about the fact that true love is impossible without self-love.
• The ‘golden cage’ and comfort zones are shattering, just as old contracts, soul contracts and old frequency bands are dissolving.
• New soul families and soul groups are coming together, increasingly recognising one another without words.

The great letting go has begun. The great ‘everything must go’.

• What do I no longer want?
• Who am I no longer?
• What do I no longer feel?
• Where am I no longer in tune?
• Does this still fulfil me, or does it drag me down?
• Where am I still clinging desperately to the past?
• Where have I not yet let go of old pain, fear, resentment, anger, sadness or despair?

We live in a time when many relationships – be they friendships, business connections or other ties   – are undergoing profound change and/or dissolution. The need for inspiring and honest connections and relationships is growing. It is becoming increasingly clear just how tiring and draining it is to ‘invest energy’ in the various roles we are expected to play. Their underlying foundations – such as fear of loss, emotional dependence, power, control, playing the victim, or the desire to have others fill our own emptiness – are being recognised more and more.

Everything that is happening now – whether in the workplace, within the family, in politics or amongst friends – takes place on this level: does the interaction resonate, creating a communication of frequencies, or does it not?

This new era calls for connections in which people come together. Not to save one another. Not to fulfil expectations, or to unconsciously keep reopening old wounds, but to create a space together in which authenticity, dignity, truth and freedom can coexist.

Where everyone is prepared to take responsibility for their own inner world, rather than making others the bearers of their own unhealed issues, pain and needs. This new era operates on a completely different frequency.

Planetary alignments in July

July, like August, serves as a crucial transitional month for new beginnings.

• CERN has temporarily suspended operations until 2030, which means that the Sun’s high-energy plasma emissions can now pass through ‘directly’, unimpeded, and exert their influence upon us with renewed power.
• Chiron will remain in Taurus from 2026 to 2033, opening up space for a profound healing phase, particularly regarding issues such as: ‘Where am I still trapped in victim roles, in guilt, shame and heaviness?’ It also creates space for a return to one’s own truth, to the true self.

• Mercury retrograde from 29 June to 23 July. With Mercury retrograde in Gemini, a warning has been issued of significant chaos in technology, social media and the travel industry. Major scandals could come to light in the mass media, fuelling a massive awakening.

• On 4 July, Mars is in conjunction with Uranus, a combination that suggests aggression, political unrest and unexpected incidents, possibly also relating to aviation and/or political leaders.

• Neptune turns retrograde on 7 July and remains virtually stationary throughout the month, which may intensify themes such as deception, illusions, disinformation and cults.
• Also on the 7th, we have the 7-7 Ascension Gate with its intense energy influxes
• 24 July marks the end of the Mayan energy year
• 25 July, the day in between, the green day
• 26 July marks the start of the new Mayan energy year
• Saturn (Karma and Reality) goes into retrograde on 26 July, which may mean that people who have lied or cheated now have to face the consequences.

• The Grand Sextile (22 July), in which Pluto, Neptune, Uranus and Jupiter form an exact 60-degree angle (sextile) with one another, is an extremely rare event that sets in motion a massive, collective shift in consciousness. This can be compared to a birth process, which, whilst it may be painful and unpleasant, leads to a new world.

Global shift in consciousness, transformation of the matrix and finance

• The awakening of the masses: millions of people will begin to discuss what is actually happening outside the mainstream media.
• The old 3D Matrix is finally breaking away; power and guilt are visibly coming to an end.
• Timelines are splitting completely.
• People are finding it increasingly easy to recognise where they are still stuck in dead ends.
• Corrupt structures within governments and the judiciary are coming to light.
• Shadow governments can no longer suppress information.
• Resignations and arrests are rising sharply worldwide.

Reorientation of the healing process

• Healing processes are shifting from the 3D plane of separation to the 5D plane of unity
• Healing and integration are accelerating as a result of this new dimension

Time-cycle upgrades

Many people are increasingly noticing that time feels different these days. Days and months seem to vanish in the blink of an eye, whilst certain moments appear to slow down almost to a standstill. Many feel as though they are losing track of time, feel unusually disoriented, or sense that reality itself is no longer in sync. We are currently experiencing extreme acceleration. The more our consciousness evolves, the less we can rely on our old mental patterns. It is our intuitive knowledge that then sustains us. The linear concept of time to which we were accustomed is gradually dissolving.

Future social values

• Defining new values as the ‘currency’ of the future.
• This also applies at management level.
• A focus on humanity, empathy, love and warmth.
• A move away from material status symbols such as cars or boats.
• A transformation in the meaning of money.
• Interpretation of money as pure carrier energy and frequency.

Old contracts, ancestral inheritance, generational curses

• Coming to terms with necessary changes and fears.
• Making conscious decisions to set out on new paths.
• Old contracts, homes and jobs come to an abrupt end.
• Healing one’s own family of origin and ancestral patterns once again becomes a major, central theme, and with it comes the letting go of inherited baggage, old survival patterns and unconscious traumas spanning many generations.
• The process of liberating the true self from social roles and roles that have been attributed to us intensifies.
• There is a growing awareness of identities shaped by external factors such as star signs or upbringing.
• The return to true source consciousness (‘I am’) is becoming increasingly evident.
• Mental loops and explanations that do not carry the new energy of the heart within them are now more easily recognised, so that they can be transformed.

With the high levels of energy now flowing in, we are better able to recognise all the burdensome constructs into which we were born, so that we may step out of them. These include all the burdensome dynamics of our ancestral heritage that have been passed down to us. All their ‘invisible burdens’, consisting of certain patterns, such as fears, traumas, emotional reactions and behaviours, as well as physical problems. Invisible burdens that we did not even realise we were carrying within us, mistaking them for our true selves, even though in reality they are not our true selves at all.

All the curses that have been passed down from generation to generation.
And also the astrological parameters we carry within us, which contribute to obscuring our true selves. The task now is to let go of everything we never were.

Physical and emotional transformation processes and their ascension symptoms

During the phases of light body expansion, our body undergoes a rapid expansion into higher vibrational frequencies. This expansion in frequency often encounters energetic blockages within our bodily systems – the aura, chakras and meridians, and consequently also the issues affecting our physical body – and brings them to the surface. This can lead to vibrational incompatibilities or feel like an incredible pressure being exerted on the physical body, the emotions or the mind. The ‘darkest’ parts of ourselves are now rising to the surface, and this dark night of the soul acts as a spiritual catalyst, propelling us into higher frequencies of consciousness through rapid and dramatic expansion. People who are still vibrating at very low frequencies can barely tolerate these new high-vibrational energies, whilst others will experience extreme highs.

Current ascension symptoms may include:

• an oversensitive reaction to light, noise and the energy of other people who are not resonating at a similar frequency to you, and whose tone of voice deeply affects your physical body
• a great deal of active mental energy coming to the surface, accompanied by intrusive thoughts and the breakdown of old programmes and mental patterns
• emotional restlessness
• a high level of anxiety, fear and a nervous system working at full throttle
• extreme nervousness
• A sense of unreality
• Dizziness and light-headedness
• complete exhaustion
• extreme tiredness
• Dreams can be incredibly vivid and full of all sorts of encounters
• Mood swings
• Distortion and bending of time can be extremely confusing for the logical mind in the moment, as it seems as though we no longer have any fixed time frames for a while
• internal trembling
• Emotional outbursts also serve as a form of collective catharsis
• Feelings of emptiness, lack of energy or disorientation (a foggy head) are almost the norm during this process
• Loss of willpower
• Loss of energy caused by the suppression of one’s true self
• Old identity structures and past patterns of behaviour become clearly apparent so that they can be transformed
• Sudden sadness, melancholy and feelings of powerlessness may arise to give us clues about old, unresolved issues
• Fluctuations in energy levels; feeling both deeply exhausted and yet completely hyper at the same time

The physical body is changing at a deep cellular level

This can manifest as a strange sensation of floating, as well as the feeling of being outside your body and merely observing the reality you find yourself in, rather than actively participating in it. It can also manifest as the sensation that all your molecules are being pulled apart, only to be reassembled completely anew. Physically, it can manifest as:

• hearing problems
• severe forgetfulness due to changes in brain function
• Difficulty expressing oneself verbally, or losing one’s words and train of thought mid-sentence
• Burning eyes, blurred vision
• Changes in vision
• The eyes are sensitive to the brightness of the new light and to the unfolding reality, which now also seeks to be physically perceived
• Pressure in various areas of the head
• Extreme headaches
• Heart palpitations, fluttering and high internal pressure may increase as a result of a deep expansion and cleansing of the heart chakra, accompanied by the release of deep sorrow, as well as waves of sudden, unconditional love
• rheumatic pain
• Pain in the neck, head and joints
• Heaviness in the legs and feet
• Hot flushes and chills
• flu-like symptoms
• Sore throat, cough and the need to clear your throat
• Stinging or tingling on the skin
• Allergic reactions
• A feeling of tightness in the abdominal wall
• Cleansing of the digestive system
• Stomach discomfort
• Feelings of hunger

Perception, multidimensionality

• For many, the incoming frequencies are becoming increasingly visible and can manifest as very subtle yet powerful vibrations in luminous shades of violet, blue, turquoise and gold
• Clairvoyance, telepathy and mediumistic abilities are intensifying.
• The throat chakra, third eye and heart chakra undergo intensive cleansing processes
• A massive increase in intuition, empathy and multidimensional perception
• our inherent multidimensionality is now becoming ever stronger and more intense, which means that we are all hearing, sensing, seeing, feeling and smelling its layers and levels with ever-increasing intensity
• The ability to see other beings, spirits and/or lower entities is also intensifying
• The Galactic Federation is preparing for first contact

• Consciously set aside time for yourself; rest and recharge
• Spend more time on your own
• Set boundaries
• You are now quickly recalling many things that require a great deal of space to be integrated
• Eat nutritious food
• Make sure you stay well-hydrated
• Walk barefoot on the grass for a few minutes to ground yourself
• Spend time in nature
• Go for walks in the woods
• Go for a swim
• Avoid places and situations that drain your energy
• Devote yourself to things you love and that are close to your heart
• Practise mindful breathing
• Ground yourself in the light and connect with the rising source.
