Start with your own grouding method or chose an alternative meditation ritual on our page Meditations – Rituals – Intentions
Now place the 4 Calming XL in clear or gold around you or around the chair so that the ‘long’ side, the extracting and transforming side of the Calming is facing you. Then go into the awareness that the Calming open an energetic field that enables you to easily bring deep-seated processes or old emotional pain into release.
Breathe in and out deeply a few times. Once again, consciously feel how you are sitting on the chair or the floor and allow yourself to release tension and stress.
Then say the following: (e.g.: Topic: Fear of being abandoned)
My dear emotional pain: ‘Fear of being abandoned’
Thank you for showing yourself to me again and again, for protecting me.
But now it’s time for you to go into the light, into transformation.
I am ready for that.
And then let go and let the Calming do their work. You may be able to feel their transformative energy within your body systems and auric fields. Enjoy this process for 3-5 minutes.
Then turn the 4 Calming around so that the slanted side, the energising and uplifting side, is facing you and notice how your body and auric fields are flooded with high energy. Enjoy this moment for as long as you like and then come back to the here and now in your own time.
