The forehead chakra is also known as the third eye and the seat of the soul. It is located between the eyes and extends deep into the brain and is the link between soul and spirit. It is also known as the birthplace and seat of our intuition and our extrasensory abilities and is significantly involved in our perception.
To activate the third eye more, you can use the following small ‘third eye ritual with the Voice’.
Hold the Voice with the tip about 10-20 cm above the centre of your third eye and start to move it anti-clockwise for about 1-2 minutes, then move it clockwise for another 1-2 minutes.
The anti-clockwise movement cleanses, while the clockwise movement opens and activates it. After the ritual, it is recommended that you remain in silence or meditate for a few minutes to open yourself up to receive the insights, downloads from the cosmos and from your guides or your higher self.
