The center of our health and our gateway to the spiritual world
The thymus is one of our most spectacular organs, especially when it comes to activating the body’s own healing processes. It is located in the chest, directly in the middle behind the upper third of the breastbone, about 7 cm below the hollow of the neck, close to the heart chakra and is a pyramid-shaped organ. It is the center of our health and is also known as ,the “point of happiness”. Thymus comes from the Greek “thymos” and means life force, soul and feeling.
The thymus belongs to the lymphatic system and is part of the immune system. In its function as a gland, it is responsible for the production of thymosin, thymopoietin I and II, as well as for the formation of T and B lymphocytes. These are the defence cells that circulate in the bloodstream and destroy foreign pathogens such as bacteria and viruses. The hormones thymosin, thymopoietin I and II play an important role in the maturation and differentiation of T lymphocytes in the thymus.
According to Dr Diamond, the thymus is active as a ‘trainer’ of T cells, preparing them for their work of differentiating between the body’s own and foreign substances and destroying foreign cells. The thymus gland receives the still immature T cells from the bone marrow. These T cells are then responsible for immunological surveillance and form the body’s defence against infections, pathogens and cancer. The thymus is also involved in the regulation of autoimmune reactions.
The thymus gland grows from birth to puberty. Later, its mass decreases considerably and its lymphatic tissue is replaced by fatty tissue. The secondary lymphatic organs (lymph nodes, spleen) then take over.
The thymus is also regarded as the control centre of the meridian system in the body. You could say that it is our main traffic junction for our emotions, such as: Fear, panic, anger, hatred, envy, fear of loss as well as depression, burn-out, etc.
By neutralising negative energies, it helps to strengthen our immune system, overall health and mental well-being. In cases of energy imbalance, it acts as a bridge between mind and body. It controls the flow of energy in the body, monitors and regulates our life energy.
It is also the first organ to be affected by stress and anxiety. It shrinks considerably in the event of serious illness, emotional conflicts, stress, addictions and toxins such as environmental toxins and food additives.
The spiritual significance of the thymus for our body and mind
The thymus has many spiritual meanings. It:
A “live” thymus increases our willingness to forgive and show compassion. It is like an opened window through which the soul can work in the material world.
Emotional problems and a closed attitude
towards the environment indicate an imbalance in the thymus gland. Blocking energies in the thymus can be a trigger for not being able to fully develop spiritually.
A weakened thymus gland can, for example, lead to:
An unbalanced thymus separates us from the world and we become possessive, insecure and feel worthless, leading to intolerance and prejudice.
In chakra theory, the thymus gland is part of the heart chakra. The center of love, devotion, selflessness, compassion, healing, to name just a few qualities. Energetically, it is connected to the Higher Heart Chakra, which is called the seat of the soul.
Regular stimulation of the thymus point not only strengthens the immune system against pathogenic microorganisms, it also revitalises us and gives us all the energy we need. If it is not stimulated enough , it atrophies over time and loses its ability to heal. For example, if we feel low in energy, weak, powerless or apathetic, it is a sure sign that we need to stimulate the thymus gland.
This can be done via a light energy massage with the Great Instrument of Transformation /3FF, the great transformer for primal fears, primal injuries and trauma, as well as with light, self-confident drumming on the thymus gland.
Activation of the thymus gland via the light energy massage with the 3FF
Perhaps you can make it a daily ritual for the near future. It also greatly supports your ascension process and your own vibrational upliftment.
If you feel unsure about working with the 3FF , you can also get suggestions and inspiration from the videos. ( only in German) Something that is very important these days, especially when it comes to activating something, is an environment/space with pure, clear and uplifting energies that hold and raise your own vibrational frequency. The >>Calming XL clear and gold set and the >> LightCrystal pyramids can be a great help here..
If you have the feeling that a large emotional blockage has manifested in the thymus gland, also place the >> dark violet Progress Energy Wheel on the thymus gland and work with the 3FF over it as described.
At the end of the session you can hold the >> energy wand, the Hope, in your hands for 3-4 minutes.
Important to note
As a precaution, please do not tap if you are taking blood thinners, have cardiac arrhythmia or wear a pacemaker. Tapping is a mechanical impulse which, in the worst case, could lead to haemorrhaging or trigger the defibrillator.
A little side note:
If a person suffers a cardiac and respiratory arrest, the cardiac massage takes place directly above the thymus gland.
