Right of withdrawal for consumers
You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receiving your order without giving a reason. You will then be credited with the full order amount. Only the costs for the return from your home to the web store are for your own account.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging must be returned to us. To exercise this right, you can complete the form that you can download HERE and return to the e-mail address that you find on the form. Or you can include it with the return shipment.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day
- on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the goods if you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered as a single item; on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the last goods if you ordered more than one product as part of a single order and the goods are delivered separately;
- on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last partial shipment or the last item if you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or items; in all cases, however, the cancellation period does not begin until the purchase contract has become binding for you through your approval of the purchased goods
- If several of the above alternatives apply, the cancellation period only begins when you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you has taken possession of the last goods or the last partial shipment or the last piece, and when the purchase contract has become binding for you through your approval of the last goods or the last partial shipment or the last piece.
- To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of cancellation: If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.
- For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
- We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
- You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract, in their original packaging and condition. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
- You will bear the cost of returning the goods.
